Memorial Library’s ILLiad server is scheduled for an upgrade TODAY, February 7th at 9:00 AM. ILLiad will be offline for approximately 2 hours. During this time, Interlibrary Loan activities will not be available so please plan accordingly. If all goes well, you may resume ILL request around 11:00 AM.

ILLiad Maintenance on 7/24
On Sunday, July 24th from 2-9:15 AM, OCLC is performing maintenance that might intermittently impact access to various to on ILLiad and other Interlibrary Loan Services. We apologize for any disruption this may cause, and we appreciate your support and patience.
Interlibrary Loan (ILLiad) Maintenance Scheduled for Monday 5/16 9-11am
We will be updating the ILLiad user interface on Monday May 16th from 9 am to 11am, which might intermittently impact access to Interlibrary Loan. If you experience an issue, please try your request again after the maintenance window.

ILL Outages September 10-12
A software release from OCLC is scheduled to start at 2021-09-10 5:00 PM through 2021-09-12 9:00 PM. During this time, some functionality in ILLiad will be impacted.
Interlibrary Loan (ILLiad) Updates Monday 7/19
On July 19, 2021, Memorial Library will turn on a feature which will require users accessing ILLiad to update their credentials if they created their accounts prior to July 19, 2020.
Users will not have to re-enter all of their information, they will just need to verify and/or update their information, such as their department and email address. Account credentials will need to be verified annually in this manner going forward.
