Ask a Librarian for Research Help

As the Semester winds down, final projects, papers & finals are foremost on your mind. Don’t panic! Ask A Librarian if you have difficulties finding scholarly resources for your research paper or project! Librarians are there to help you!

You can find a Librarian at the Research Assistance Desk in the Memorial Library Lobby or connect with us through Chat, Email, Phone or by Appointment in the  “Ask A Librarian” box on the Library Tab in myRedDragon.

When you have difficulties finding resources at 2:00am in the morning: chat with a librarian through AskUs 24/7! A librarian from another part of the country will help you find resources!   Ask for Help!

Need help finding resources for your research paper?

Librarians are available to provide support for research questions! You can visit  the Research Help desk, in the main hall way of Memorial Library and ask for help from Monday to Wednesday, 10 am to 9 pm, Thursday, 10 am to 6 pm, and Friday,10 am to 4 pm.  On weekends research help will be provided Saturday, 12 pm to 5 pm, Sunday 1 pm to 9 pm.

TAKE OUR SURVEY!

We would like students’ feedback about their research habits and needs, as well as their opinions on library services. This is a great opportunity to make yourself heard and even create change. Students completing the entire survey and providing contact info will be entered into a drawing to win a Fitbit!

Relocation “RESEARCH HELP”

We moved the Research Help again! To improve our services, the Research Help relocated to a new and better area: previously located on the left side of Information Resources Service Center (IRSC) desk, it is now located on the right side of the IRSC desk in the main hall way of Memorial Library.

Friday May 3:                                        7:30am – Midnight

Saturday May4:                                    10am – Midnight

Sunday May 5:                                      Noon – 3am

Monday May 6 – Tuesday May 7:          7:30am – 3am

Library Spring Break Hours

The library will operate at reduced hours during spring break. Changes to the schedule are as follows:

  • March 8 (Friday):                                  7:30am – 4pm
  • March 9/10 (Saturday/Sunday):           Closed
  • March 11-15 (Monday-Friday):             8am – 4pm
  • March 16 (Saturday):                           Closed
  • March 17 (Sunday):                             4pm -10pm
