Fun Distraction: Take a Hike

Did you know there is a Nature Center full of gorgeous hikes only a 6 minute drive from campus?

𝓛𝓲𝓶𝓮 𝓗𝓸𝓵𝓵𝓸𝔀 is located at 338 McLean Road, Cortland and trails are open from dawn until dusk. Check out the trail map and plan your visit!

Did you know that 20 year old Lily Hevesh started building with dominos when she was 9 years old and filming them for YouTube and now she is making over 6 figures a year from her craft!?! She has over 225 million views on YouTube and also does projects for corporate advertisers. There is something to be said for turning your passions into your profession.

Virtual Murder Mystery

If you like acting and playing Clue or enjoy solving mysteries, the library is hosting a virtual murder mystery on 4/14 at 6:00 p.m.

This event is open to SUNY Cortland students. Spots are limited, and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

You will be contacted with information about your character about two weeks prior to the event. Please keep your character and details top secret.

You will bring your character to life. Think closet raids and Thrifty Shopper for costumes, camera filters, make-up, and fun accessories! None are required, but prepping for the murder mystery party is half of the fun, and it will help you get into character.
