Two-Sentence Horror Story Contest

Two-Sentence Horror Story Contest

image of 2 glowing Jack O'LanternsOctober is the month for horror! Memorial Library and The Writing Center are hosting a two-sentence horror story contest to celebrate. All SUNY Cortland students are welcome to participate. Entries must be submitted online by Friday, 10/14 at https://forms.office.com/r/3dX74D4uhy. Story submissions must be original and two sentences long.

The first place winner will receive a Hocus Pocus board game. Three lucky winners will have their stories presented in the Digital Commons institutional repository (https://digitalcommons.cortland.edu/) and in Library social media (Facebook and Instagram @sunycortlandmemoriallibrary).

NYT, WSJ & Chronicle of Higher Education Digital Subscriptions

The Library is pleased to provide SUNY Cortland students, faculty, and staff with access to the Chronicle of Higher Education, as well as Digital Editions of the New York Times and The Wall Street Journal.

NYT and WSJ access must be renewed, usually once/year.
