The source here is a picture showing Muslim pilgrims praying around the Kaaba, Islam’s holiest shrine, at the Grand Mosque in Saudi Arabia’s sacred city of Mecca. The Hajj is a pilgrimage that Muslim men and women go to at least once in their lifetime as it is required for them. It takes place between four and five days on the 8th and the 12th or 13th of Dhu al-Hijjah of the Muslim calendar: 14–19th June in 2024 for comparison.
