All current SUNY Cortland students are eligible to enter!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Stories can be submitted <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/Pages\/ResponsePage.aspx?id=tBmbbEfIKkSknG2df9riMMrxwjLqc7RHiNIoD1ODIvNUMzZPNDlMM0ZBOUVNNFIxWFRYN0IzRlFBTi4u&amp;origin=QRCode\">here<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reasons to Enter<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Showcase Your Talent<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A short story contest is a great way to <strong>showcase your talent!<\/strong> Whether you\u2019ve been writing for years, or if this is your first story, this is your chance to let your imagination run wild and share your unique narrative voice with the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Connect With Fellow Writers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contests don\u2019t have to just be about winning! You can engage in conversations and share experiences and ideas with the fellow members of the writing community here in Cortland. This is an opportunity to connect with your peers who share an interest in writing!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hone Your Craft<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participating in a short story contest encourages you to refine and polish your skills! The process of crafting and sharing a compelling story challenges you to make every word count. It\u2019s also a great way to have your work read by a published author!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Win a Prize<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let\u2019s not forget the cherry on top\u2014the winner will receive a $100 prize! Not only does this acknowledge your talent, but it also serves as a tangible reward for your dedication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The deadline to enter is <strong>December 15<\/strong>.
