With warmer weather coming soon, it’s time to do some spring cleaning in our closets. I know I have many clothes that I don’t wear but can’t seem to get rid of. However, I’ll definitely need to make some room for these new spring clothes from Target. Target has been coming out with cute, affordable women’s clothing lately, so I’m going to show you the best finds to search for on your next shopping trip.

Since it’s still quite cool outside, Wild Fable’s slate gray polka dot pullover sweatshirt is perfect for this in-between weather. It may be more on the expensive side, but for a sweatshirt, I’d say it’s accurately priced. The polka dots are also perfect for spring, as it seems to be a trending design for clothes this year. Even when the weather gets a little warmer, the off-the-shoulder look makes this sweatshirt still a great option that doesn’t make you overly hot or cold.
Women’s Slim Fit Halter Top – Wild Fable ($10.00)
Everyone could always use more tank tops, but I know they can get repetitive and boring. However, this halter top is great for changing it up a little bit in your wardrobe. It’s not your average tank top, as it has a behind-the-neck tie, making a flattering halter neckline. This top comes in a light yellow, as seen in the picture, as well as light blue, heather gray, and navy blue. These colors are the epitome of springtime and would look great with a pair of jeans or a cute basic skirt.

I have myself succumbed to the trend because I purchased the entire matching set in the Bayshore blue sour cream striped color as seen in the picture. The pants also come in brown, brown striped, light blue, light yellow, navy blue striped, navy blue, and popcorn fresh white striped. These colors are ideal for springtime, and you can always wear the shorts that accompany them when it gets too hot for the pants. I think the fold-over waist and low-rise fit are what make these pants attractive to many.

I may be late to the trend, but I’ve recently become obsessed with bike shorts. These shorts became popular a few years ago, and I’m just now understanding the hype. They are ideal for every occasion: casual wear, working out, walking around town, and even more. Especially for the upcoming spring season, bike shorts make a cute, comfortable addition to any outfit. Not only do they come in black to match everything, but also berry red polka dots, espresso, and slate black polka dots. To me, you can never have enough black shorts, and although I already have three pairs of black bike shorts, I will certainly be buying more and in different colors.

Now for a more formal spring clothing item, this dress is definitely worth purchasing. Although it may be on the pricier side, most dresses in this day and age are almost double the price, which makes this dress a steal. It comes in pink floral, as shown in the image, white, and yellow floral. The deep V and lace-trim accents on the neck and hem make a beautiful neckline. This dress is perfect for any spring outing, such as brunch, concerts, or Easter gatherings. The straps are also adjustable, which allows you to make it fit just to your liking.
After seeing all of these brand-new Target spring clothing items, I’m certain that I will be cleaning out my closet to make place for everything that I plan to buy. I can’t wait for the weather to get warmer so I can finally wear these clothes for spring events. The bike shorts are perfect for hiking and nature walks, while the halter top and babydoll cami are great paired with jean shorts to explore local farmers’ markets.
