A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens is an all-time classic that brings back childhood memories and in my opinion, deserves a read this year. The Night Before Christmas by Clement Clarke Moore is a story about Santa Claus that has been around for almost 200 years and is a family classic. It is also a relatively short read if that helps.
The movie Polar Express is actually based on a novel of the same name. Released in 1985, The Polar Express has sold over 12 million copies and can be found in many households today. It is almost identical to the movie version!
If you’re not into reading, all good! Movies are another amazing way to pass time, especially during the holiday season. Grab your friends and family and get warm!

Elf starring Will Ferrell is always a favorite within households. As he learns his true nature, he travels to the Big Apple for a hilarious adventure filled with holiday spirit and a fun watch.
Sophomore Michael O’Leary feels there are a few in consideration for the best holiday movie of all time.
